Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Kedisiplinan Dalam Kurikulum 2013 Bidang Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explain how character discipline is used in the 2013 curriculum in the field of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The aspects of implementation described include: 1) the planning of discipline character education in the 2013 curriculum in the field of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), 2) the implementation of discipline character education in the 2013 curriculum in the field of PAI, and 3) the evaluation of discipline character education in the 2013 curriculum in the field of PAI. For the smooth running of this research, a descriptive qualitative approach was used. The data sources of this study included the principal, deputy curriculum, deputy student affairs, religion teachers, and some students who were selected by snowball method. And to ensure the validity of the data, data analysis techniques such as classification, reduction, and conclusion drawing were used as a kind of triangulation. The results showed that: 1) Learning Implementation Plan is a description of character education planning; 2) The implementation of discipline character education is carried out through uswah hasanah, extracurricular activities, parent-school cooperation, and routine activities at school; and 3) Evaluation of disciplinary character education is carried out consistently through teacher observation, peer assessment, and student self-evaluation.
