Strategi Pengambilan Keputusan UMKM Bakso Ambon dalam Mengatasi Kendala Bisnis untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing

Abstract
This research is intended to recognize the various obstacles faced by MSME actors in the management of labor, capital, raw materials, and marketing, and provide recommendations to improve competitiveness. The method applied was qualitative, with an in-depth interview method involving MSME actors in the restaurant sector. The results revealed several key constraints: labor management is hampered by a lack of training and a high rate of labor turnover, capital management is constrained by suboptimal financial recording, raw material management faces challenges from price fluctuations and dependence on one supplier, and marketing still relies on traditional methods. These findings are analyzed by linking them to the theory of resource management and marketing strategies to help improve the competitiveness of MSMEs. The conclusion of the study shows that to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs, it is necessary to conduct labor training, improve financial records, diversify sources of raw materials, and implement digital marketing strategies. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing digital-based marketing strategies and more efficient capital management to support the growth and sustainability of MSMEs.
