Abstract

This study discusses the development of audiovisual media as a tool for Quran learning. Learning media plays an important role in enhancing interest, motivation, and the effectiveness of the learning process. With technological advancements, traditional learning methods have undergone transformation, and the use of audiovisual media has become increasingly popular. This method combines sound and images, which have been proven effective in improving students' understanding of Quranic material. Modern technological developments have changed the approach to learning, including Quran education. This research explores the effectiveness of audiovisual media as a learning aid for the Quran at Taman Pendidikan Quran (TPQ) Barokah. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that audiovisual media enhances students' interest, motivation, and understanding in learning mufrodatul Qur’an compared to traditional lecture methods. This media is able to present learning material in a more engaging way through a combination of sound and visuals, making it easier for students to understand concepts and increasing their involvement in the learning process. These findings confirm that audiovisual media is an effective tool to support Quran learning.
