Analisis Pengambilan Keputusan UMKM Dapoer Daffa di Nagasari Kabupaten Karawang

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the decision-making process faced by Dapoer Daffa, a micro-enterprise focused on providing quality food. Despite having clear goals, Dapoer Daffa often struggles with determining which priorities to set due to limited resources. The main focus of this study is how decision-making strategies are used to optimize the allocation of these limited resources for business sustainability. Using a qualitative approach that includes interviews and case study analysis, the study finds that effective decision-making heavily relies on risk evaluation, sound financial management, and careful market needs analysis. Adopting a priority scale based on business impact, utilizing simple technologies for efficiency, and collaborating with external parties are the key strategies implemented. The results also highlight the importance of flexibility and innovation in overcoming various challenges faced by small businesses. This research reveals that business competitiveness can be effectively built, even in the face of resource limitations.
