Menciptakan Evaluasi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang Efektif

Abstract
Learning evaluation has a strategic role in ensuring the achievement of educational goals, especially in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. Evaluation serves as a measuring tool to assess the success of students in understanding the material while forming a generation of faith, piety, and noble character. This study aims to describe the concept and strategy of creating effective PAI learning evaluation through a literature-based scientific approach. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources, including relevant books, articles, and journals, and analyzed descriptively to produce in-depth findings. The results showed that the effectiveness of PAI learning evaluation depends on teachers' basic competencies, including pedagogic, professional, social, and personality. In addition, evaluation techniques, both test and non-test, should cover cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, including Islamic values. With a systematic approach, effective PAI learning evaluation can optimize student learning outcomes, provide feedback for teachers, and support the achievement of religious education goals. It is also an important instrument in equipping students to face global challenges without losing their Islamic identity.
