Abstract
Effective decision-making is a key factor in the success of small businesses in facing various operational and marketing challenges. This study aims to evaluate the decision-making strategies implemented at the Tahu Factory in Karawang to address issues such as employee absenteeism, machine breakdowns, and the use of traditional promotional methods. The research method employed includes direct observation and interviews with the owner and employees to identify existing problems and relevant solutions. The findings show that implementing employee rotation to reduce absenteeism, conducting regular machine maintenance to prevent breakdowns, and utilizing social media for promotion have proven effective in improving operational efficiency and expanding market reach. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of adapting business strategies to the company’s internal conditions and the dynamic business environment. The practical implications of this study suggest that small businesses need to focus on improving operational efficiency and marketing innovation to maintain long-term competitiveness.
