Analisis Pengambilan Keputusan Dalam Kendala di UMKM Fadilah Chiken

Abstract
The background is because of the high public interest in processed chicken food or commonly known as Fried Chicken. Business operating in the culinary sector face various obstacles in running their business. One of the main challenges is the rise and fall of raw material prices, including chicken and cooking oil, which can certainly affect operational costs and product selling prices. Apart from that, the quality and consistency of the product is also an obstacle, especially in maintaining the taste and texture of fried chicken so that it remains in line with its trademark standards. Besides that, increasingly fierce competition with various similar businesses demands continuous innovation to attract and retain customers. To overcome this problem, Business need to focus on increasing efficiency from all aspects for the sustainability of their business. both in terms of cost management from fluctuating raw material prices, as well as effective marketing strategies to remain competitive in the market in defending against the many competitors in the same business, through product innovation and better service. With this, it is hoped that these Business can continue to develop even though they face several challenges.
