Abstract

The main challenges include limited access to capital, constrained market access, and difficulty in adapting to technological advancements and changing consumer preferences. These issues hinder MSMEs in Sabana from improving their competitiveness and innovating to meet the dynamic demands of the market. Therefore, this study aims to explore various strategies that MSMEs in Sabana can adopt to survive and grow. The research utilizes a combination of current literature, case studies, and interviews with MSME stakeholders across various sectors. The findings reveal that leveraging digital technologies, improving access to financing, and fostering collaborations with various parties (such as the government, financial institutions, and educational organizations) are key strategies for overcoming these challenges. Additionally, adapting to market changes and enhancing human resource capacity are critical in maintaining competitiveness. This article offers practical recommendations for MSMEs in Sabana to strengthen their business structures and capitalize on available opportunities to grow amidst increasingly complex global challenges.
