Strategi Pengambilan Keputusan Menaikan Omset UMKM Pangsit Teh Ratna

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the main obstacles that include the management of workers, capital, dumpling ingredients, and marketing methods. This study uses a qualitative approach with an explanatory survey method, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that worker management faces challenges in the form of workers who often change, which causes high operational costs. Capital management also requires adjustments to the Break Even Point (BEP) time, due to low sales. In terms of dumpling ingredients, shortages of inventory often occur, affecting buyer satisfaction. On the marketing side, the use of digital media has not been optimal to attract buyers from outside Karawang. Further discussion underlines the importance of a more efficient management strategy, including workforce development, strengthening digital marketing, and better raw material management. Practical implications of this study include the need for innovation in marketing strategies, improving service quality, and more planned resource management to increase the competitiveness of dumpling sales in Karawang. The conclusion of this study provides important insights for MSMEs to optimize their decision-making and bussines sustainability.
