Pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Generasi Z

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of work-life balance and work motivation on the performance of Generation Z employees. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Generation Z employees across various companies, which were then analyzed using statistical techniques to test the relationships between the variables. The results show that both work-life balance and work motivation have a significant positive impact on the performance of Generation Z employees. This study also emphasizes the importance of company policies that support work-life balance and provide appropriate motivation to enhance employee productivity and job satisfaction. Therefore, companies are encouraged to consider these factors when designing policies that support optimal performance for Generation Z employees.
