Asuhan Keperawatan pada Ny. Ns dengan Kehamilan Ektopik Post Laparoskopi di Ruang Arafah 3 Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh

Abstract

The purpose of this case study is to describe the implementation of nursing care for Mrs. NS with ectopic pregnancy post-laparoscopy, in Arafah 3 Ward, RSUDZA Banda Aceh. The nursing problems identified in this case included, during the pre-laparoscopy phase: acute pain and risk of fluid imbalance; and during the post-laparoscopy phase: acute pain, nausea, grieving, and risk of infection. The interventions provided included non-pharmacological pain management through distraction using Qur'anic recitation (murattal) and deep breathing relaxation techniques, based on evidence-based practice to reduce pain before and after laparoscopy. Other interventions included collaboration in administering tranexamic acid, encouraging increased oral fluid intake, promoting frequent small meals to improve nutrition, providing grief education, and wound care. Evaluation over four days showed that two nursing problems were resolved: risk of fluid imbalance and nausea. Three other problems were partially resolved: acute pain, grieving, and risk of infection, as evidenced by the achievement of several outcome criteria. It is hoped that this case study can serve as a reference for providing nursing care to patients with ectopic pregnancy post-laparoscopy.
