Pengaruh Insentif, Beban Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Iim Abadi Jaya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of incentives, workload, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. IIM Abadi Jaya. The research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach to identify the relationships and effects among the variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents who are employees of PT. IIM Abadi Jaya. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26 software. The results of the study indicate that incentives, workload, and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, incentives and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while workload shows no significant effect. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.774 indicates that 77.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 22.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. These findings emphasize the importance of appropriate incentive schemes and enhanced work motivation in improving employee performance, as well as the need for effective workload management to prevent negative impacts on productivity.
