Asuhan Keperawatan pada Ny. N Post Partum Sectio Caesarea dengan Eklampsia pada Kehamilan Remaja di Ruang Arafah 2 RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh

Abstract
The aim of this study is to implement nursing care using the nursing process approach for post-cesarean section (C-section) with eclampsia in adolescent patients at Arafah 2 Ward, RSUDZA Banda Aceh. The nursing diagnoses identified include ineffective cerebral perfusion risk, acute pain, risk of infection, and ineffective coping. Interventions were based on the Indonesian Standard Nursing Intervention (SIKI) and evidence-based practices, including monitoring blood pressure, positioning, pharmacological and non-pharmacological pain management, early mobilization, wound care, infection prevention, education on consuming egg whites and fish for wound healing, and providing decision-making support for becoming a mother. The evaluation results after interventions showed partial resolution of the cerebral perfusion risk problem, as indicated by normal blood pressure, no tissue damage in the integrity issue, closed wounds with opsite and dry, reduced acute pain with a scale of 2, and partial resolution of ineffective coping, as the patient felt better with family support. It is recommended that nurses use this study as a reference in providing post-C-section care for eclampsia patients, including psychological nursing care.
