Abstract

The high consumption of fast food and low vegetable intake among the urban younger generation has become a pressing nutritional issue that needs to be addressed. This community service activity aims to introduce Spinach Tortilla Wrap as a healthy, practical, and affordable food innovation, with main ingredients including spinach, chicken breast, and fresh vegetables, without adding preservatives. The methods used in this activity include surveys, interviews, and direct observation to measure knowledge, attitudes, and consumer satisfaction with the product. The results show an increase in young people’s awareness of the importance of healthy eating, as well as a strong interest in repurchasing the product. Furthermore, financial analysis indicates that this product is viable for further development, with a return on investment (ROI) of 492.54%. It is hoped that this innovation can broaden public access especially for the urban younger generation to healthy food and help foster a more positive and sustainable lifestyle change.
