Penerapan Model Edu-Bisnis Berbasis Project Based Learning pada Roti Kukus Sehat Ala Steambite

Abstract
Steambite is a culinary innovation based on steamed bread filled with premium ingredients such as chicken katsu, melted cheese, and salted egg, designed as a healthy and practical alternative to ready-to-eat meals. Originating from an observation of urban consumption patterns that tend to favor fast, delicious, and nutritious food, Steambite offers a solution that balances nutritional value and flavor. The steaming method used in its preparation results in a soft bread texture while preserving the nutritional content of the fillings. In its business development process, market analysis, digital promotion strategies, and an adaptive distribution system were implemented through pre-order models, reseller networks, and partnerships with MSMEs. The product also emphasizes sustainability through the use of environmentally friendly packaging and the strengthening of the local economy via collaboration with local raw material suppliers. The implementation has shown positive growth in market acceptance, increased customer loyalty, and distribution expansion potential. With a sustainable strategy, innovative flavor variants, and a socio-environmental approach, Steambite holds promising prospects as a competitive modern culinary enterprise.
