Abstract

The culinary industry in Indonesia has become one of the very important economic sectors, continuously evolving alongside lifestyle changes and technological advancements. Culinary business players are facing increasingly intense competition in the market, requiring adaptive and responsive business strategies to achieve sustainable success. The purpose of this literature analysis is to understand the strategies used by culinary entrepreneurs in developing their businesses. By comprehending various effective strategies in the culinary industry, it is hoped that the results of this research can provide valuable guidance for culinary businesses in designing optimal and productive strategies. It is also expected to contribute to enhancing the overall competitiveness of culinary businesses. With proper planning and a deep understanding of the market and customers, culinary entrepreneurs can enhance their competitiveness, attract more customers, and overcome challenges faced amidst the dynamic industry competition.
