Analisis Dampak Integrasi Teknologi Blockchain dalam Keamanan dan Privasi Data untuk Aplikasi IoT

Abstract
The integration of blockchain technology has been the subject of significant research in the context of data security and privacy for Internet of Things (IoT) applications. This study aims to analyze the impact of blockchain technology integration on data security and privacy within the scope of IoT applications. A descriptive analysis methodology approach is used to evaluate the positive implications offered by blockchain technology in addressing the security and privacy challenges faced by IoT applications. The analysis results show that the use of blockchain can improve the reliability of security and data privacy in an IoT environment by providing a system that is distributed, transparent, and cannot be manipulated. However, several challenges were also identified, including system performance and scalability, which require further attention to optimize the implementation of blockchain technology in IoT applications. This research provides valuable insights for stakeholders to understand the potential and constraints of integrating blockchain technology in improving data security and privacy in the context of IoT applications.
