Abstract

GoPay is a digital payment service that is changing the financial transaction landscape in Indonesia. With the rapid growth in the financial technology ecosystem, digital payment services such as GoPay have become one of the most prominent innovations in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze user satisfaction with the Gopay application in the context of digital financial services. The methodology used is PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service), a well-known framework for analyzing information systems. The expected results of the analysis will highlight various aspects of the application's performance, including the provided information, economic aspects, the level of user control, efficiency, and the overall quality of services offered by GoPay, which will reflect the level of user satisfaction. The implications drawn from these findings are that improvements in each aspect of PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Services) can positively impact user satisfaction with digital financial services such as GoPay. By paying attention to and enhancing each of these elements, it is hoped that GoPay can provide users with a more satisfying and trustworthy experience, which in turn will strengthen its position in the digital financial services market.
