Abstract

This research aims to conduct a literature review on factors influencing employee performance, with a focus on leadership style and job satisfaction in the context of human resource management. The literature review reveals that leadership style significantly influences employee performance. Additionally, the work environment has proven to play a crucial role in determining employee performance. This article discusses the integration of findings from various studies to provide a more holistic understanding of these factors in the context of human resource management. In conclusion, a profound understanding of leadership style and the work environment can be key to enhancing employee performance, making a significant contribution to the development of theories and practices in human resource management. The crucial contribution to the development of theories and practices in human resource management lies in the insights gained from this study. These findings can serve as a foundation for developing new, more contextual and applicable theories, as well as providing practical guidance for human resource managers to improve the effectiveness of leadership strategies and create a work environment supportive of employee performance.
