Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of web-based minimarket applications and their impact on business efficiency. The research methodology employed is qualitative in nature. This study encompasses two primary aspects. Firstly, an exploration of the utilization of web-based minimarket applications in the business context is conducted. Secondly, emphasis is placed on the significance of implementing such applications in optimizing business operations. Through qualitative analysis, this article reveals the findings derived from the research and discussions pertaining to the Implementation of Web-Based Minimarket Applications. The results of this study indicate that the use of Web-Based Minimarket Applications has a significant impact on business efficiency. The sales process, previously suboptimal, becomes more streamlined after integration with this application. Challenges in data retrieval for sales and report generation are now eased and expedited. Sales data is better preserved, while performance and time efficiency are achieved. In conclusion, the implementation of Web-Based Minimarket Applications yields positive impacts on enhancing minimarket business efficiency. This system enables the sales and reporting processes to become more structured, efficient, and effective. As such, this initiative aids in achieving the objectives of improving service and management performance quality in the pursuit of success within the minimarket business realm.
