Abstract
Overall, the purpose of this research is to describe and analyze human resource development in Seblak Prasmanan RC. This research is in the form of observation or case study which is descriptive in nature. The focus of the research is the implementation of advanced training to increase employee work productivity. Data collection tools are interviews and observations at the research location. The results showed that employee performance and work discipline had an effect on the human resource development of Seblak Buffet RC. This is an improvement from increasing employee performance. The survey is based on knowledge from research results that there are problems of employee insufficiency and employee burnout. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing productivity and work discipline in terms of the performance of Seblak Prasmanan RC employees in human resource development. Hopefully in the future Seblak Prasmanan RC will pay more attention to employee development deficiencies. This is of course very helpful for Seblak Prasmanan RC to increase productivity and work discipline of employees who are already better than others at Seblak Karawang
