Pandangan Agama dalam Menghadapi Anxiety Disorder yang Dialami oleh Masyarakat

Abstract
Anxiety disorders are often associated with a lack of relationship between the human person and his god, in other terms, a stereotype arises of a lack of faith for sufferers of anxiety. This phenomenon occurs a lot in today's generation. Lack of attention and literacy culture for baby boomer parents is one of the factors causing stereotypes that are attached to someone who has problems with anxiety. Anxiety disorders occur due to several factors such as prolonged emotional memory and stress. The view that arises in society regarding mental anxiety is associated with a person's lack of faith. This research wants to find out how religious views are related to mental anxiety. This research uses a qualitative method of literature study. The choice of qualitative method of literature study is due to the ease of accessing reliable sources. A believer believes that God is present in every step of his life. This study discusses religious views related to mental anxiety in Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Catholicism. In addition to religious views related to mental anxiety, this paper discusses the treatment suggested by that religion. Humans are closely related to religion. God becomes a backbone in stepping and drawing closer to God is the choice to win hearts. Prayer is one of the methods provided by the four religions.
