Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien dengan Close Fracture Femur Sinistra di RSUD dr Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh

Abstract
Close fractures of the femur occur when the bone is traumatized with a force that exceeds the bone's capacity to absorb it. The purpose of this study was to be able to provide nursing care to patients with close fracture of the sinistra femur in the Raudhah 6 room of the Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Regional General Hospital. At the assessment stage, patient data was found that there were complaints that the left thigh could not be moved and pain due to a traffic accident with a pain scale of 8 so that the author formulated nursing diagnoses of acute pain, physical mobility disorders, sleep pattern disturbances, self-care deficits: bathing, and risk of falling. Implementation is carried out in the form of deep breath relaxation, distraction therapy, and also collaboration in giving analgesics, teaching range of motion, educating patients and families the importance of maintaining body hygiene and providing information related to self-care and identifying the risk of falling patients and assessing the risk of falling in patients using the Morse scale. The evaluation results of these nursing diagnoses are that acute pain is resolved, physical mobility disorders are resolved, sleep pattern disorders are resolved, bathing self-care deficits are resolved, and the risk of falling is resolved. It is hoped that patients and families can re-implement the interventions that have been taught and for nurses it is hoped that it can be used as a basis for developing nursing care in patients with close fracture of the sinistra femur.
