Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of the rewards system to employee work quality in a transportation company in Bekasi. The rewards system in this company includes material rewards such as bonuses, allowances, and non-material rewards such as recognition of achievements and opportunities for personal development. The method used in this research is in-depth interviews with employees and HRD, along with triangulation analysis to ensure data validity. The results indicate that the implementation of a transparent and consistent rewards system significantly influences employee motivation and performance. Employees who feel valued through rewards that align with their contributions tend to be more motivated and demonstrate better work quality. However, the study also found that the existing rewards system needs to be further adjusted to match rewards with individual achievements and place greater emphasis on non-financial rewards such as recognition and career development opportunities. This study suggests that the company should continue to evaluate and refine the rewards system to improve job satisfaction and employee productivity.
